How much is shipping?

The shipping fee is included in the price of the box. There are no additional fees.

How are the Three Yellow Dogs’ boxes sent out?

We use USPS for all orders.

Do you sell boxes to areas outside of the United States Of America?

Unfortunately, at this time we are currently unable to ship boxes outside of the US. 

When are the boxes mailed out?

Your Three Yellow Dogs’ introduction box will be shipped the next business day after your order. 

If you have a seasonal subscription, your boxes will be mailed out at the beginning of that particular season. For example; Spring boxes will be sent out on March 1st, Summer boxes will be sent out on June 1st, Fall will be sent out on Sept 1st, and Winter boxes will be sent out on Dec 1st. If any of these dates fall on a weekend or holiday we will ship them the following business day. If you are buying an individual seasonal box/Christmas box, your box will be shipped the next business day after your order. Please keep in mind that we don’t ship our boxes over the weekends. We’re too busy being outside and playing with our dogs. We hope that you are too. 🐾 😊

How do I track my shipment?
That’s easy, you will receive an email in your inbox containing a tracking number once the box has shipped. Please make sure you enter your correct email address when checking out. As this is the way we will be communicating with you. 
How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@threeyellowdogs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
